Our Supply Chain

Do we rely on any imported materials?

The vast majority of our timber is Australian native species and is sourced from regions such as New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania.

We do however, have access to plantation grown imported species such as the Australian Eucalypt species, Dunn’s White Gum from Brazil, Silver Birch from Finland, and we can even source specific species materials on request.

All our raw wood material, whether sourced in Australia or from overseas, is FSC® or PEFC™ certified.

Our nano-glue is produced by Henkel in Australia and our digital production unit is supported by Bosch in Australia.

How do we handle your logistics?

Years of experience shipping goods all over Australia have taught us to work with only the best and most reliable logistics partners. Relationships are important to us and we value the hard work and effort our carriers go to when aiming to meet deadlines and commitments.

Is quality control a priority for us?

Absolutely.

We have numerous measures in place to ensure a high-quality product is produced and delivered to our clients every time. From our initial veneer selection process through the glue applications, heating, pressing and final outputs. They are all measured. Any product that is suspected of inferior quality is quarantined for further investigation.
