What sets us apart

Think you know timber?
We do it differently ;)

The logs others pass over. That’s where we start.

Much of our timber resource never finds its way into architecture or construction. Not because it lacks potential, but because the pathway isn’t there. We’re changing that. With world-first innovation, we transform overlooked resources into beautiful, high-performance hardwoods — proving that low-grade timber can go further.

Our material is:

  • Upcycling low-grade resources
making the most of what our forests provide

  • Designed to use more of each tree
    not just the best parts..

  • Reusable + recyclable
    made to go around again.

  • No added formaldehyde
    just as it should be.

  • Australian-made
    s
    upporting local manufacturing.

Sustainability isn’t enough. We’re here to do better.

For us, sustainability is about people, place, and impact: supporting certified forestry, creating healthier spaces, reducing carbon, and backing our communities. This is sustainability as it should be — ambitious, practical, and real.

Not only do we work with what the industry calls “low-grade,” but our process also recovers up to twice as much usable timber from each log. Rotary peeling lets us unlock more value than traditional milling ever could.

With nanoscience and advanced robotics, we reassemble those veneers into large, uniform billets — our “square trees.” Straight, stable, and consistent, they’re ready to be cut with precision into endless design possibilities.

The result? Hardwoods that carry the impact forward — easing pressure on forests, delivering renewable, low-carbon choices for projects, and being made locally to strengthen the communities we’re part of.

Biomimicking nature
in one day

At the heart of this technology is a patented process using a water-based “nano glue” that biomimics the properties of wood’s natural lignin, a complex organic compound produced by trees.

This gives our timber the same structure and remarkable properties as mature trees, in a fraction of the time.

Doing more with less

Not only are we only using resources that normally wouldn’t make it to the construction industry, but our process has been designed to use as much as possible from every log

In fact, via rotary peeling, we can recover twice as much from each tree than what conventional milling does (65% vs 33%).

Our process is fast.
Really fast.

Our process is so efficient that we can produce one cubic meter of timber in less than an hour.

Our finished logs are dimensionally consistent at 2500mm x 500mm x 250mm. This allows for maximum output and endless applications. Depending on our clients needs, the billets are then cut and finished as required.

Same, same but different

Our process ensures precision, but each billet is unique, showcasing the natural beauty and character of wood.

With a selection of species and cut options to match any style, our timbers are the perfect fit for architects, builders, carpenters, and designers to specify in projects.
