When we created our business, we knew right from the start that we wanted a vehicle that would support the global goals for sustainable development.
Together planting a forest
We understand the importance of looking after our environment. Even though we are re-purposing low-value timber resources, we are still part of the logging industry.
There was no pause to consider what we could do to give back. One Tree Planted gave us the ability to select the specific project we wanted to contribute to. For those that have been lucky enough to visit the Daintree Rain Forest and have seen it’s natural beauty firsthand, it will make sense why we chose this project to focus on.
One Tree Planted are working to return old cane field parcels of land back to the natural habitat it once was.
Since their establishment, One Tree Planted have been dedicated to making it easier for both individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity, and help reforestation efforts around the globe.
Giving back to our communities
As we grow we have pledged to support two amazing charities, Roundabout Canberra, a volunteer powered charity who collects pre-loved baby and children's items and donate them to families in need, and Lion Heart Camp for Kids, a not-for-profit organisation who helps families overcome the challenges following the death of a loved one.
