Our Timbers
Our scientifically engineered timber duplicates mature wood so faithfully that it is suitable for an endless range of structural and decorative applications.
Whilst our process ensures that blocks are consistent in dimension, every single block we produce is unique and highlights the remarkable beauty of natural wood.
The Technology
We convert low-value, juvenile pulp logs into new hardwoods with properties that match or exceed those of mature trees, in a fraction of the time.
At the heart of this technology is a patented process using a water-based “nano glue” that biomimics the properties of wood’s natural lignin, a complex organic compound produced by trees. This gives our timber the same structure and properties as mature trees.
To achieve nature’s precision, this process is managed by robots and the power of artificial intelligence.
